What is included in your shipping rates?

Our shipping rates are for door-to-door delivery. There may be additional fees for the delivery of goods in your country. We do not cover them.

Will I get a real address or just a post office box?

We will provide you with a full US address, not just a post office box. This is the address of one of our employees. Any US online store will deliver your order to this address, and our employee will forward your order to the chosen place.

What carrier services does your company work with?

We work with FedEx, DHL, UPS, and USPS. It helps us offer you the best rates and deadlines.

How much time will it take to get my order?

It usually takes us up to 2 days to deliver your order. However, there might be a slight delay of up to 3-4 days due to the weather conditions and the delivery area.

If I order a few items, will it be possible to place them in one box?

A service of consolidation of orders is included in our rates. Our employees will receive and consolidate your orders making the shipping costs much lower for you.

What if an American online store doesn’t accept my credit card?

Contact your Personal Shopper. Your personal manager will quickly help you with this matter, and we will buy the item for you. This service is already included in the shipping rates.

How do you guarantee that my item will be shipped safely and on time?

We spend much time managing our employees and making sure nothing goes wrong. We also have a special department that can call the shop you ordered from and solve any issue. We will compensate for any losses or delays. Your order is safe with us!

Do you ship only within USA or abroad?

We ship worldwide. Mostly within the USA and Europe.

Are there any shipment size and weight restrictions?

We can ship your order with dimensions from 6.33 x 3.07 x 0.29 inches up to 26 x 16 x 16.75 inches. Weight can be from 1lbs up to 40lbs.

How long have you been operating?

The company was founded in 2014. We have been on the market for more than 6 years already.

How many employees are working with you?

At the moment, there are more than 500 employees around the states. There are also more than 300 employees working with us in Europe and Asia.

How do I apply for the job?

Click on Apply for a job button. Your application will be sent to our HR department.

How much can I get?

You can work either part-time or full-time. You can get up to $1700/mo working part-time and up to $3200/mo working full-time. You may also get bonuses and additional tasks if you prove to be a reliable worker.

Is there a way to get promoted in your company?

You can start with being an administrative assistant and become the chief supervisor of one of the departments.

Do I have to pay any startup fees to start working?

No. You do not pay anything.

Will you cover my expenses?

All work-related expenses, like paper, tape, gas, print ink, and boxes, will be covered by our company.

Can I work from a trailer?

As long as it has a physical address, you can work from there. But make sure you can receive parcels there without any problems.

What is the onboarding process?

Please, refer to the page called Careers. You will find all the information about the hiring process as well as the requirements there.

Can I refer a friend?

You can definitely do it. Tell your friend to say who exactly referred them so that we can provide you with a bonus.

Do I sign any agreement with you?

Our company's hiring process is standardized, and we comply with New York State's rules and laws. To make our relations official and regulated, you will have to sign an agreement. It will take you no more than 15 minutes to sign it online.
